Если герой применяет Assist перемещения (Reposition, Shove, Pivot и подобные) или он
применён на героя, снижает Atk/Res ближайших противников в пределах 4 клеток от героя
и партнёра до их следующих действий. По ступеням растёт штраф: 2/4/6.
