Если герой применяет Assist перемещения (Reposition, Shove, Pivot и подобные) или он
направлен на героя, ближайшие противники в пределах 4 клеток и от героя, и от цели
получают штраф к Atk/Spd до своих следующих действий. По ступеням штраф растёт: 2/4/6.
