В начале хода накладывает Def-7 и Panic на противников в пределах 3 рядов или 3
столбцов с центром на герое до их следующих действий. Если в этой зоне есть противник,
герой на 1 ход получает Atk+6, а если отсчёт его Special на максимуме, тот уменьшается
на 1. Panic превращает бонусы на носителе в штрафы.
