Spd Smoke

После боя накладывает штраф Spd на противников в пределах 2 клеток от цели до их
следующих действий. На верхней ступени штраф Spd-7 получает и сама цель, а герой
получает Spd+6 и Dodge на 1 ход. На нижних ступенях штраф Spd-3 и Spd-5 только
на противников вокруг цели.
